\u2013\u00a0<strong>non dolorosa e non invasiva<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 che viene effettuata dall\u2019<strong>urologo<\/strong>, ovvero dal medico specialista nello studio e nella cura delle malattie aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-4841\"><p>La visita urologica serve ad indagare sui sintomi a carico dell\u2019apparato urinario per poter giungere ad una<br \/>corretta diagnosi di patologie tra cui le infezioni delle vie urinarie, la calcolosi urinaria, la ipertrofia<br \/>prostatica e le infezioni come la prostatite e la epididimite. Si indaga infatti sulla frequenza della minzione con eventuali<br \/>levate notturne per urinare, sulla forza del getto urinario, sulla presenza di sangue nelle urine, dolori<br \/>addominali o a carico dei genitali, presenza di bruciore durante la minzione oppure di incontinenza urinaria.<br \/>Inoltre, nel paziente di sesso maschile si indaga sulla qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019erezione e sulla presenza di eventuale<br \/>deficit erettile, sui disturbi ejaculatori e sulle problematiche maschili all\u2019interno di una coppia con difficolt\u00e0<br \/>a concepire un figlio.<\/p><p>Esame Obiettivo<\/p><p>L\u2019esame obiettivo consiste nella visita della pancia per valutare eventuali dolori o la presenza di masse<br \/>addominali. Nel maschio si procede alla visita del pene e dei testicoli e tramite l\u2019introduzione di un dito nel<br \/>retto si proceder\u00e0 alla palpazione della prostata per valutare eventuali noduli sospetti, valutare il suo<br \/>ingrossamento e verificare la sua consistenza per discriminare tra patologia benigna e patologia maligna.<br \/>Nella donna l\u2019esame obiettivo valuta l\u2019aspetto del meato urinario esterno e tramite la esplorazione<br \/>vaginale e rettale la presenza di un prolasso dell\u2019utero, della vescica e del retto ed ancora la presenza di<br \/>incontinenza urinaria.<br \/>La visita \u00e8 assolutamente indolore ed \u00e8 compito del medico quello di cercare di mettere il paziente nelle<br \/>condizioni migliori al fine di ridurre al minimo un fisiologico disagio.<br \/>L\u2019esame obiettivo \u00e8 sempre integrato dalla esecuzione di una ecografia dell\u2019apparato urinario per<br \/>evidenziare e studiare i reni, gli ureteri e la vescica. Lo studio della prostata pu\u00f2 essere fatto attraverso un<br \/>approccio addominale, mentre la ecografia trans rettale \u00e8 riservata a casi molto selezionati oppure nella<br \/>esecuzione della biopsia prostatica. L\u2019ecografia, infine, pu\u00f2 fornire utili informazioni anche a carico del<br \/>pene e dei testicoli.<br \/>Ulteriore esame che integra la visita urologica di base \u00e8 la uroflussometria, che consiste nell\u2019urinare<br \/>all\u2019interno di un contenitore che misura la potenza del getto urinario e quindi indaga sulla ipertrofia<br \/>prostatica o comunque sulle patologia dello svuotamento vescicale.<\/p><p>Preparazione\u00a0<\/p><p>Non \u00e8 necessario alcun tipo di preparazione per la visita urologica n\u00e9 tanto meno essere digiuni.
